We offer simulation labs, resident-run lectures, and the opportunity to attend numerous conferences, including Multidisciplinary Tumor Conferences. Additionally, our residents actively participate in research and quality improvement projects. This offers a great opportunity for those with no prior research experience to learn about the research process or for individuals to hone skills they have already acquired.
