Our Fleet

Intermountain Air Ambulance Services maintain the highest standards regarding safety, services, ethics, and training in the air ambulance industry. All aircraft are owned, operated and licensed by Intermountain Health. Our fleet includes three Beechcraft King Air B200 turbo prop fixed wing aircraft, a Cessna CJ4 jet, and a Bombardier-Challenger 604.

Crew Configuration

Our flight crew on board consists of two experienced pilots who have thousands of flight hours and training. Our medical crew consists of a registered nurse and or paramedic with critical care expertise. Our medical crews have decades of combined specialized trauma or ICU experiences.

Additional specialized crew includes respiratory therapists, perfusionists, and mechanical support nurses. In some situations, tele-critical care at Intermountain Health allows monitoring during transport using audiovisual communication for consultation.
