BRA Day is an annual recognition of restoration after breast cancer. Attend a BRA Day event or participate in our annual BRA decorating contest to show your support.

Did you know:

19% of women understand that the timing of their treatment for breast cancer and the timing of their decision to undergo reconstruction greatly impacts their options and results.
Microsurgical Breast Reconstruction using a patient’s own tissue (such as a DIEP flap) is the gold standard for reconstruction.
Regardless of radiation, breast reconstruction is usually an option.
7 in 10 women are not aware of their breast reconstruction options following mastectomy.
The Women’s Health and Cancer Act of 1998 requires health insurers to cover the cost of breast reconstruction following mastectomy in all 50 states.

Contest Details

Use your creativity to decorate a BRA to celebrate restoration after breast cancer. What does full recovery from breast cancer mean to you?

Winners will be announced at our BRA Day events on Saturday October 12, 2024, at 6:30-9:00 PM at the Leonardo Museum in Salt Lake City.

Rules

Submit a photo of a decorated Bra between September 1 - October 12th, 2024 by uploading a photo here. Submission must be tasteful. We ask for submissions to be PG rated.
