Garry Holbrook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides in-person or telehealth therapy services at Intermountain’s Mount Pleasant Clinic. He also supports Intermountain Health’s Mental Health Integration (MHI) program at Intermountain’s Moroni Clinic, Manti Clinic, and Ephraim Clinic. Intermountain’s MHI program is an integrated system where your mental health provider collaborates with your primary care provider.

Lacie Swapp is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides in-person or telehealth behavioral health medication management services at four different Intermountain Health clinics in Sanpete County: Mount Pleasant, Moroni, Manti, and Ephraim. She supports patients throughout Sanpete County, helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is committed to using evidence-based approaches to guide patients toward personal growth and healing, empowering them to enhance their quality of life through compassionate, holistic support.
